During the boarding phase of the project, a project management team will complete a statement of work (SoW). This team is typically composed of the client project leader, the BSI operations expert and the BSI account manager. The Statement of Work will translate the requirements into operational & technology customizations required for the client program.

The client executive team received regular updates from the project management team regarding the status of implementation, milestones attained, major risks and risk mitigation steps taken to ensure on-time delivery of the project.

At the end of the boarding phase, all the loans have been loaded into the BSI systems, the various users have tested the system features to ensure it meets all their requirements and BSI associates will start processing them.
